About us

Tennis for women 30+, built around the way you actually want to play

Second Set is for the woman picking up a racquet again after fifteen years — or for the first time ever. Seven days. Seven lessons. One player type that finally makes the game feel like yours.

What we do

The Player Type Quiz

A 2-minute quiz that maps how you actually want to play to one of five player types. Knowing yours means you stop trying to copy the pros on TV and start building the game your body and temperament are already suited for.

The 7-Day Court Plan

One focused lesson per day for seven days — footwork, forehand, backhand, serve, volley, return of serve, and match play. By the end of the week you'll have covered every shot the game asks you to hit.

The five player types

Every woman plays differently. The quiz finds which of these five feels most like you.

The Baseliner

Grinder · deep rallies

The Net Rusher

Aggressive · finish at the net

The Showstopper

Feel · slice · flair

The Tactician

Patterns · placement

The Freestyler

Mixes styles by feel

What we believe

A lesson a day, not a lifestyle

Not a boot camp. Not a summer camp. One focused lesson per day for a week — footwork, forehand, backhand, serve, volley, return, and match play — the amount of practice a real week can hold.

Built for grown-up beginners and returners

You're not fifteen. You have a job, maybe kids, and a knee that has opinions. Every drill is designed for the body you actually have — not the one you had at nineteen.

Coaching around your player type

Not everyone should serve-and-volley. Not everyone should grind from the baseline. The quiz reads how you actually want to play — then the plan doubles down on your strengths.

Your data, your court

We never sell your data. Your quiz results and lesson progress are yours — you can delete your account and everything in it any time.
